Subject: Innovation in the Food Value Chain
Fahrettin GÖĞÜŞ received his Bachelor's degree from METU, Gaziantep Faculty of Engineering, Department of Food Engineering in 1987, and his Master's degree from the same University in 1990. He received his doctorate in Food Sciences from the University of Leeds, England, in 1995.
Fahrettin GÖĞÜŞ worked in the carbonated beverage and oil refining sector between 1987-90. He started working as a Research Assistant in the Food Engineering Department of Gaziantep University Faculty of Engineering in 1990, and became Assistant Professor in 1995, Associate Professor in 1998 and Professor in 2004. Fahrettin GÖĞÜŞ served as vice rector of Gaziantep University between 2008-2016 and a member of the TÜBİTAK TOVAG group executive board between 2008-2014. He currently works as a Lecturer at Gaziantep University, Department of Food Engineering.
